What are the costs for your transportation services?
The cost of our transportation services depends primarily on the distance traveled and whether the trip is one-way or round-trip.
- One-way trips start at $45.00 for ambulatory services, which includes 5 free miles. Each additional mile beyond the 5-mile mark is $2.50.
- Trips over 30 miles one-way have variable mileage pricing.
- Trips outside of normal business hours have different pricing based on availability.
Normal Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Cancellation and No Show Fees:
- Cancellation one day in advance is free.
- Same-day cancellation incurs a $15.00 fee.
- No Show Fee for wheelchair or ambulatory service is $45.00.
- If drivers arrive at the facility before the trip is canceled, a fee applies.
- Pickup before 7:30 AM incurs a $30.00 fee.
